Fast forward 25 years and I completed an undergraduate degree in psychology and performance studies and a masters degree from UCLA in Somatic Psychology. And decades later I am proudly a recovering therapist, living my mission and passion in a big and brave way.
I am a consultant, coach, educator, facilitator, professor, yogi and mom. I have had the amazing fortune of working with and coaching some of the top thought leaders in their respective fields. My mission and passion is to assist individuals, leaders and their companies in actualizing their greatest potential all while maintaining high levels of integrity and engagement. “We don’t have to compromise our company’s bottom line to live in a highly creative, emotionally intelligent and mindful place. In fact it is the only way to maintain a “top of the line” bottom line.
I have studied and implemented the art, science and spirituality of what makes great leaders and innovators. After a lifetime devoted to uncovering the most efficient and powerful processes to cultivate lasting transformation I have discovered that transformation at it’s core is based in three key components. Embodying mindfulness and meta-awareness, The ability to sustain connection with others and our own core strength and lastly, understanding and using neuroscience strategies to catapult us into the highest level of transformation and co-creation. The trivium of mindfulness, co-creation and neuroscience garners high end solutions and lasting change.
My Dynamic and full spectrum approach to coaching comes from a lifetime of exploring the creative process of idea making, neuroscience, spirituality, somatics, curriculum and systems design, and psychology. She has worked across the country with various institutes, neurological centers, corporations, arts facilities, and educational institutions. Through many years of trial and error I developed my own trainings and programs in such fields as Tantric Yoga, Education Transformation, Arts Based Learning and Executive Leadership.
