The Choreography of Your Company™

The very best of Rebecca Hahn’s coaching and facilitation culminate in the Choreography of Conversations™, Creativity and Leadership (CCCL) trainings. A key component to the CCCL suit of trainings is an initial Leadership Exploration phase and a Team Exploration phase whereby Rebecca and the client work together to determine the roadmap for best meeting your organizations objectives and aspirations. The exploration phases includes administering and diagnosing findings from the most appropriate cutting edge Assessment tools. We together will deconstruct the findings, discover the stop-gaps in your company and co-create an engagement roadmap for success. CCCL trainings typically take place one time per quarter for a full day (but duration can be adjusted). Each session builds upon the prior training, scaffolding learning and complexity. In between sessions we will build in time for one-one leadership coaching and team engagement coaching. Additionally, you will be guided to implement specific strategies and tools to keep your growth moving forward.

These tools were specifically created for the CLLC program, frrom other existing Minding Your Business programs and include powerful Conversational Intelligence® tools. The following programs were developed by Rebecca Hahn after seeing a common theme running through many organizations challenges. The beauty of the programs is the flexibility in the manner of implementation. Each one can stand alone or scaffold upon each other. They can be structured as a two hour training, a full day facilitation or a long term coaching engagement.

Laying the Foundation of Trust™: This is the people stuff where we lay the foundation for dynamic culture change and growth. We get real with each other priming for transparency, effective communication and deep trust to take hold. We deep dive into removing personal and collective barriers and awaken our empathy and awareness. We commit to taking action on behavioral changes and begin to explore our collective and individual aspirations for the organization. We build neural pathways in the pre-frontal cortex and “gut” brain for resiliency, agility, flexibility and intuition.

Navigating New Pathways™: This training focuses on re-inventing your company mission, vision and identity. Develop new skill sets and identities. Re-envision the company mission. Co-Creating Uncharted Worlds™: This training is focused on innovation and ideation in the spirit of co-creation. We anchor in our new identities; communicating, acting and reacting as illuminated leaders, dramatically increasing effectiveness in any circumstance. We discover our co-creative innovation blueprint. We reinforce neural pathways in the visual cortex, neo-cortex and intuitive “gut” brain to open up the problem solving and creative centers of the brain where we become high level team innovators tapping into previously undiscovered solutions with rapid ease.

C.H.A.N.G.E.S™.- Conversational Intelligence® offers up a powerful blueprint that leads to radical change in leaders and teams. There are seven areas of growth that build upon each other. Connecting, Humanizing, Aspiring, Navigating, Expressing and Synchronizing. Based on individual and team discovery and diagnostics we will co-create the C.H.A.N.G.E.S.™ blueprint, mapping out the Aspirational Agenda and Transformational Roadmap for total culture transformation. It is recommended that the transformation take place over 7-12 months but can be adjusted to meet the needs of your organization.
